Terms & Conditions: Visit India 2009 - ' Winter Rates ' are valid till 31st December 2009 at participating ITC-Welcomgroup hotels. The free night has to be availed of consecutively with the paid nights at the same hotel. The "Visit India 2009" offer has to be reserved at least 15 days prior to the date of check-in between the period November 1, 2009 –December 31, 2009. The offer is commissionable to Travel Agents by 10 %. All bookings under "Visit India 2009" offer shall be guaranteed by a recognized credit card / travel agent voucher. Reservations must be cancelled at least 15 days prior to the date of arrival at the hotel to avoid the minimum retention fee of one night, including taxes.
