How do I earn WelcomAward Stars?
WelcomAward stars are points awarded on the'Eligible Charges' of the bill, every time you stay at or use a restaurant at any of the participating ITC Welcomgroup hotels. You can then, redeem these stars for an exciting range of awards.
What are'Eligible Charges'?
'Eligible Charges' comprise every expense that finds its way on to your room or restaurant bills, excluding paid-outs, taxes, gratuities, service charges and banquet billing.
What should I do to earn'WelcomAward Stars'?
Quote your membership number while making your room reservation. On check-in, you should present your WelcomAward membership card to the reception staff.
What are the different levels of WelcomAward memberships?
Welcomaward has three levels of membership - Silver, Gold and Gold Select, each of which offers unique benefits. WelcomAward Silver is the first level of membership, you become a Silver member as soon as you enroll.
How do I become a WelcomAward Gold and WelcomAward Gold Select member?
To become eligible for the WelcomAward Gold membership, a WelcomAward Silver member will have to stay a minimum of 8 times at the participating ITC-Welcomgroup hotels within 12 months from the date of joining the WelcomAward programme. To become eligible for the WelcomAward Gold Select membership, a WelcomAward Silver/Gold member will have to stay a minimum of 16 times at the participating ITC-Welcomgroup hotels within 12 months from the date of joining. A minimum of 24-hours difference between successive check-outs and check-ins at the same hotel is required for calculating Gold & Gold Select visit eligibility.
Will I receive Stars if I charge my bill to a credit card?
Yes, whether you settle your bill by cash or credit card, travel agent's voucher or charge it to your company, WelcomAward Stars will be credited to your Star Account.
What all can I get from these Stars?
The Stars you earn can be redeemed for a choice of exciting rewards, which include:- Free holidays (ITC-Welcomgroup Gift Vouchers), Luxury Cruises and International Package tours, Car rentals, Fine Dining, Air tickets, Wills Lifestyle apparel, Kitchens of India gift packs, Hidesign Gift Vouchers, Airline Miles.
What should I do if I don't get credited with Stars for my stays?
